By accessing or using FexoWorld, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FexoWorld.
FexoWorld is a web-based application that provides the following services: • Gmail Attachment Downloader: Connect your Gmail account via Google OAuth to browse emails and download selected attachments • IMAP Attachment Downloader: Connect any email account via IMAP to browse and download attachments • File Merge Tool: Upload and merge multiple Excel or CSV files into a single file • My Downloads (File Management): View, download, and manage your temporarily stored files All downloaded email attachments are temporarily stored on our servers and made available through the "My Downloads" dashboard. Files are automatically deleted after your plan's retention period expires.
When you create a FexoWorld account, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials • Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account • Not share your account credentials with any third party • Notify us immediately at support@fexoworld.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
By connecting your Gmail account to FexoWorld, you acknowledge and agree that: • You explicitly authorize FexoWorld to access your Gmail account via Google OAuth 2.0 for the sole purpose of reading emails and downloading attachments you select • FexoWorld requests only the gmail.readonly scope. We cannot modify, delete, or send emails • FexoWorld reads your email data only to identify and present attachments for download. We do NOT store email bodies, subjects, or sender information permanently • Attachments you choose to download are temporarily stored on our servers for the duration of your plan's retention period, then automatically deleted • You can revoke Gmail access at any time through your Google Account permissions (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions) • FexoWorld does NOT use your Gmail data for advertising, analytics, market research, or any purpose other than providing the attachment download service • You retain full ownership of your email data at all times FexoWorld's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
By providing your IMAP credentials to FexoWorld, you agree that: • You authorize FexoWorld to connect to your email server solely to read and download attachments you select • Your IMAP credentials are stored securely using encryption and used only to establish authorized connections • Downloaded attachments are temporarily stored on our servers for the duration of your plan's retention period • Email messages, bodies, and metadata are NOT permanently stored • You can disconnect your IMAP account at any time from your FexoWorld settings • All IMAP connections are encrypted using TLS/SSL • You retain full ownership of your email data at all times
FexoWorld temporarily stores downloaded email attachments and processed files on our servers. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following: • Downloaded attachments and processed files are stored temporarily to allow you to access them through "My Downloads" • Each user's files are stored in isolated storage. No other user can access your files • You can manually delete any file at any time from "My Downloads" • Files are automatically deleted after your plan's retention period: — Free: 7 days — Starter: 30 days — Pro: 90 days — Business: 365 days • An automated cleanup process runs every 6 hours to permanently remove expired files • Once deleted (manually or automatically), files cannot be recovered • FexoWorld does NOT create permanent backups of your downloaded files You are responsible for downloading and saving any files you wish to keep before they expire.
You agree NOT to use FexoWorld for: • Any illegal activity or violation of applicable laws • Accessing email accounts without proper authorization • Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features • Uploading malware, viruses, or any harmful content • Spamming, phishing, or harassing other users • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code • Excessive automated use that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure • Any activity that violates the rights of others Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
FexoWorld offers both free and paid subscription plans: • Free Plan: Limited features with a 7-day file retention period • Paid Plans (Starter, Pro, Business): Extended features, higher limits, and longer file retention periods • All subscription fees and plan details are clearly displayed before purchase • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full payment card details • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings • Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. Contact support@fexoworld.com for refund requests • If payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until payment is resolved
FexoWorld, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the property of FexoWorld and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your files — uploaded, downloaded, or processed — remain your property at all times. By using FexoWorld, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: • FexoWorld is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied • We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to FexoWorld in the 12 months preceding the claim • We are not liable for any loss of data, including files that expire or are deleted in accordance with the retention policy • We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points include: • Email attachments are temporarily stored with clear retention periods per plan • We do NOT store email bodies, subjects, or full email content permanently • We do NOT sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes • You can delete your files at any time and request deletion of your account data • We comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling, security, and your rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account: • For violation of these Terms of Service • For non-payment of subscription fees • For illegal, fraudulent, or abusive use of the service • Immediately and without prior notice for serious violations Upon termination: • Your right to use FexoWorld ceases immediately • Your stored files may be deleted • No refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period • You may request a copy of your account data before termination by contacting support@fexoworld.com
FexoWorld reserves the right to: • Modify, update, or discontinue any part of the service at any time • Change features, functionality, pricing, or plan structure • Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that may temporarily disrupt service • Update these Terms of Service Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of FexoWorld after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
